Tirzepatide dosages
Initial dose: 2.5 mg subcutaneously once a week
After 4 weeks: The dosage should be increased to 5 mg subcutaneously once a week.
For additional glycemic control: Increase dosage in 2.5 mg increments after at least 4 weeks on current dose.
Maximum dose: 15 mg subcutaneously once a week
